为加强农村饮用水管理,增强村民维护农村用水设施和节约用水意识,推进农村供水工程水费收缴工作,并以科技冬奥、智慧延庆为契机,创新"建管服一体化"模式应用,利用NB-IoT物联网技术,搭建"互联网+智慧人饮"平台,实现用水户计量收费精细化、设施运行管理规范化、"取供用"全过程监管智慧化的农村饮水计量收费新局面,建立长效的运行维护管理机制,提高用水户的满意度.

In order to strengthen the management of drinking water in rural areas,to enhance villagers'awareness of maintaining rural drinking water facilities and water saving,to promote the collection of water fees for rural water supply projects,and take the opportunity of Winter Olympics and Smart Yanqing District construction,it emphasizes to innovate the application of the"integration of construction management and service"mode,to build the"Internet+smart people drink"platform by NB-IoT technology,to realize the new situation of rural drinking water metering and charging with refinement,standardized operation and management of facilities,and intelligent supervision of the whole process of"water taking,supplying and using",establish a long-term operation and maintenance mechanism,and to improve the satisfaction of water users.
