典型区域"取供用排"社会水循环数据关联分析与对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 "取供用排"协同监管应用作为智慧水务1.0的重要组成部分,是实现"取供用排"数据贯通和业务协同的智能化手段.开展"取供用排"协同监管应用系统建设前,为确保应用建设科学合理,需明确台账建立、数据贯通、业务协同及监督管理等方面实施路径.本研究是以探索数据贯通实施路径为目标,以海淀山后地区为试点区域,在汇聚典型区域"取供用排"各环节信息基础上,基于关联算法,分析典型区域"取供用排"全过程的数据特征,并提出对策,为推进"取供用排"协同监管应用建设提供推广借鉴经验. As an important part of Smart Water V1.0,collaborative supervision application of"water intaking,suppling,using and draining"is an intelligent means to realize data connection and business collaboration of"water intaking,suppling,using and draining".Before carrying out the construction of the collaborative supervision application system of"water intaking,suppling,using and draining",in order to ensure the scientific and reasonable application construction,it is necessary to clarify the implementation paths of ledger establishment,data connection,business collaboration,supervision and management,etc.To take the Haidian mountains area as the pilot,this study is to explore the data connection through implementing path as the goal,to gather information of the whole chain of"water intaking,suppling,using and draining",analyzing data characteristics,and to put forward management advice,to provide promotion to the application of construction experience for taking coordinated regulation.
