摘要
为深入贯彻《北京城市总体规划(2016年—2035年)》强化政府数字转型的总体要求,落实市委、市政府将北京建设成为全球新型智慧城市标杆的目标要求,北京市水务局在市委、市政府的坚强领导下,经过科学策划、专题研讨,按照政府、涉水企业和市民群众等各方均受益的原则,突出问题导向和技术导向,形成了北京市智慧水务1.0总体设计方案.方案将指引市区两级及相关涉水企业开展智慧水务建设工作.智慧水务是智慧城市生态环保领域的重要组成部分,下一步将按照总体方案的要求全面推进智慧水务1.0建设,打造智慧水务,助力智慧城市建设.
For further implement the Beijing City Master Plan(2016-2035)and strengthening the overall requirements of digital transformation,and implement the goal of new world's smart city,the Beijing water Authority draws up a plan of Beijing Smart Water V1.0 through scientific planning,workshops,according to benefit principle of the government,water related enterprises,residents and all parties,orientied by the problems and technology.The plan will guide municipality,district governments and water-related enterprises to carry out smart water construction.Smart water is an important part of the ecological and environmental protection field of smart city.In the next step,it will be comprehensively promoted the construction of Smart Water V1.0 according to the requirements of the overall plan,for building the smart water and further smart city.
