幼儿教师敏感性差异的调查研究——以广东省三地数据为样本

摘要 从量化的角度对幼儿教师敏感性差异进行了分析,通过运用潜在剖面分析和方差分析的量化方法,探讨不同层次教师敏感性水平下幼儿教师专业特征的差异.结果发现,教师敏感性可以大致分为三层水平,不同层次的敏感性水平具有不同的教师专业特征,在教师年龄、第一学历、最高学历、第一专业的对口性、工资薪酬以及在学校工作的年限这几个方面均有差异.所以,在职前教师培训和指导幼儿教育的教学活动实践过程中应更加关注教师敏感性这一专业素养,并根据个人专业特征的差异进行相应的指导. This paper analyzes the differences of preschool teachers'sensitivity from a quantitative point of view,and discusses the differences of preschool teachers'professional characteristics at different levels of teachers'sensitivity by using the quantitative methods of latent profile analysis and variance analysis.It is found that teachers'sensitivity can be roughly divided into three levels,and different levels of sensitivity have different professional characteristics,including differences in teachers'age,first degree,highest degree,the counterpart of first major,salary,and years of working at schools.Therefore,teachers'sensitivity should be paid more attention to in the practice of pre-service teacher training and teaching activities to guide preschool education,and corresponding guidance should be given according to the differences of individual teacher's professional characteristics.
