黑龙江省明水县中心城区公共服务设施配置探讨

公共服务设施是公共服务得以良好运转的基础保障,是从特定的公共利益出发,在公众对于社会达成一定共同认识后,以维护国家和地区经济及社会稳定为目的,为保护不同个体的基本生存权益及发展权益而提供的公共服务.从黑龙江省绥化市明水县中心城区城乡统筹发展及空间规划建设的视角看,公共服务设施的发展可以作为其重要的技术支持,同时对拉近城市与乡村的发展差距、平衡地区间的发展等方面有着重要的作用.文章总结了公共服务设施现状建设问题、配置影响因素与未来建设趋势,并结合居民需求的实际调查,对明水县中心城区公共服务设施的配置、布局、建设与管理等方面展开研究,希望能为东北地区城镇规划提供参考.
