黑龙江小城市城镇化率相对较高,但城市特征不明显,水资源利用不充分,传统滨水空间利用不足.故急需转变观念构筑全新的规划理念,以促进城市资源统筹、价值提升和有效开发.完善滨水景观带的开发建设是小城市保障民生、实现高质量发展的一条重要的城市更新路径.文章基于黑龙江小城市的特点,以富锦市为例,探索黑龙江小城市滨水景观带规划策略,为东北振兴及城市更新提供思路与方法借鉴.

The urbanization rate in small cities of Heilongjiang province is relatively high.but their cityscape quality and water space utilization is low.Waterfront landscaping is an option for high quality urban development.Based on the characters of small cities in Heilongjiang province,the paper studies the strategies of waterfront landscaping with Fujin city as an example,and provides a reference for the revitalization and urban renewal for the norfheastem region.
