新能源汽车充电(站)桩规划思路与实践——以湖北省武穴市充电桩规划为例

“录色发展”正成为引领未来我国各行业发展的主题.近几年,我国新能源汽车特别是电动汽车的销售呈现加速上升之势,但为之服务的充电(站)桩的规划建设,因受政策、用地规划、部门之间协调和行业规范等因素影响,发展还相对滞后.为了协调充电(站)桩与电动汽车的发展,除采取相应的政策措施外,首先是应将其纳入城市总体规划中,并编制充电(站)桩专项规划,使其建设有依据、用地有保障、发展有政策.基于此,文章主要就编制充电(站)桩专项规划中几个重要方面进行探讨与总结,希望能够为类似城市充电(站)桩专项规划提供参考.

Green development has become the theme of China’s society development.At present。the sales of NEV(New Energy Vehicles)is growing quickly,but the charge station is short because of the problems on policy,land planning,coordination of departments。and codes of practice.Besides the poIicy and strategy,the charge station should be a part of urban master plan。and owns its s10ecialized planning,guarantee its development 0n construction。Iand-use and policy sides.The paper analyzes the main content of charge station planning,give some useful advice for other cities.
