油井管特殊螺纹接头产品线系列验证的研究

Research on Product Line Series Validation of OCTG Premium Connection

介绍了特殊螺纹接头产品线验证的概念以及发展情况,并以TP-CQ特殊螺纹接头为例建立了产品线系列;提出了用于产品线系列验证的有限元评估准则及内插外推方法.分析结果表明,应尽量选择高钢级材料和大壁厚的产品进行实物试验,可在产品线范围内实现对低钢级材料和小壁厚产品的性能验证,最大限度地降低试验成本,节约资源.

Described here in the essay are the concept and development of the product line series validation of the premium threaded connection.And the product line series is established by taking the TP-CQ premium connection as an example.Moreover,the finite element evaluation criterion and the interpolation/extrapolation method for the product line series validation are proposed.The analysis result shows that for the full-scale test products in high steel grade and with large wall thickness should be selected as far as possible,and for the performance of the products in low steel grade and with small wall thickness can be validated within the range of the product line so as to minimize the cost and save the resources.
