摘要
研究了TC4钛合金在700~1000℃的高温变形抗力,开发了Φ418 mm×28 mm规格TC4钛合金无缝管的轧制工艺.研究表明:钛合金的变形抗力随温度的降低呈指数增长,钛合金的轧制变形必须在800℃以上,按坯料加热+穿孔+精轧+再加热+定径+冷床工艺生产出的钛合金无缝管直线度良好,内、外表面无可见缺陷,尺寸精度满足客户技术要求.
Studied is the hi-temperature deformation-resistance of the TC4 alloy at 700~1000℃.Accordingly the rolling process for theΦ418 mm×28 mm TC4 Ti alloy seamless tube is developed.It is demonstrated via the research that the deformation-resistance of the said Ti alloy is getting increased exponentially along with the dropping of the temperature;it must be at the temperature above 800℃that the Ti alloy rolling deformation occurs;and the Ti alloy seamless tube as produced with the processes of billet heating+piercing+finish rolling+reheating+sizing+cooling bed possesses good straightness,no visible outer and inner surface defects and the dimensional accuracy as meeting the customer technical requirements.
