When the Yuan general Bayan(伯颜,1236-1294) and his officers entered Lin’an, the capital of Southern Song, they took immediate measures to seal off Song palaces and government offices, thereby transferring the Song wealth to the Yuan capital Dadu. But a few were left behind in Guangjiku(广济库),a government store house that had been to safeguard the rest cultural property. The administrators of Guangjiku(广济库)sold one of the Song collection,a miniature stone named Lingbishi(灵璧石). Through tracing the Lingbishi’s(灵璧石)whereabouts to,and its new cultural content in Yuan era, we could track historical process from the difference to intermingle between the Han-Chinese and the Mongols.
