中国跨境电子商务发展迅猛,催生了对高端跨境电商人才的需求,这对于高职电商专业的学生既是机遇又是挑战.本文从跨境电商人才培养的视角对高职院校电商专业学生职业能力发展进行SWOT分析,并探讨提升跨境电商背景下高职电商专业学生职业能力的对策,加速高职电商专业学生职业能力的提升,以期更好地服务于企业,服务于地方经济的发展.

With the rapid development of cross—border e-commerce in China,there is a demand for high-quality cross-border e-commerce talents.which is both an opportunity and a challenge for students majoring in e-commerce in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of cross-border ecommerce talent training,this paper conducts a SWOT analysis of the vocational ability development of e-commerce majors in these colleges.and explores the countermeasures to improve their vocational ability under the background of cross-border e-commerce.so as to accelerate the improvement of their vocational ability to better serve enterprises and local economic development.
