经股动脉改良Seldinger穿刺给药在缺血性股骨头坏死患者中的治疗效果及髋关节功能改善分析

Analysis of treatment effect and hip joint function in patients with ischemic femoral head necrosis by transfemoral seldinger piercing

目的:分析经股动脉改良Seldinger穿刺给药在缺血性股骨头坏死患者中的治疗效果及髋关节功能改善状况.方法:将我院2017年1月~2018年3月收治80例缺血性股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象.按随机数表法,分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例).对照组给予常规手术治疗,观察组给予经股动脉改良Seldinger穿刺给药治疗.观察患者治疗效果、髋关节功能及并发症情况.结果:观察组总有效率(92.5%)与对照组(77.5%)相比,两组差异具有统计学意义.治疗前,两组患者的Harris及Barthel评分无显著性差异;治疗后,两组患者的上述指标明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义.观察组并发症发生率(7.5%)与对照组(25.0%)比较,两组差异具有统计学意义.结论:经股动脉改良Seldinger穿刺给药对缺血性股骨头坏死患者治疗效果显著,可明显改善患者髋关节功能,减少并发症,安全可靠,在临床中值得推广应用.

Objective To study treatment effect and hip joint function in patients with ischemic femoral head necrosis by transfemoral seldinger piercing.Methods 80 cases of patients were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)from January 2017 to March 2018.The control group was given routine surgery while the observation group was received transfemoral seldinger piercing.Treatment effect,hip joint function and complication of two groups were compared.Results Total efficiency(92.5%)of the observation group was significantly rather than the control group(77.5%).The difference was statistically significant.Harris and Barthel scores of two groups were not statistically significant before treatment.The above indicators of two groups were increased obviously and the observation group was significantly rather than the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Complication(7.5%)of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(25.0%).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The Seldinger femoral artery modified Seldinger injection had significant therapeutic effect on patients with ischemic femoral head necrosis,could significantly improve hip function,reduce complications,and was safe and reliable.It was worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
