环巢湖国家休闲区地质研学旅游者满意度研究

On the Satisfaction of Geological Study Tourists in Around-Chaohu-Lake National Recreation Area

环巢湖国家休闲区地质研学是环巢湖旅游开发中特色鲜明的旅游产品,是重要的研学旅行产品,通过对环巢湖国家休闲区地质研学旅游者的满意度研究后发现:(1)环巢湖国家休闲区主要的地质研学旅游者是大二、大三的地理、地质等相关专业的大学生,消费水平较低,研学天数大多在在3-7天;(2)提取了5个关于环巢湖国家休闲区地质研学的公因子,满意度均值从高到低依次为:核心吸引物、公共服务设施、服务及管理水平、物价水平和餐饮品质、住宿设施,5个公因子的满意度都在“满意(4.000)”以下,环巢湖国家级闲区地质研学旅游者的满意度一般;(3)构建了旅游者“满意度一重要性”矩阵,分析了影响因子的后续情况,以期推动地质研学产品健康可持续发展.

The geological study tour in Around-Chaohu-Lake National Recreation Area is both a distinctive tourism product for developing around-Chaohu-Lake tourism and an important tourism product of study tour. The following points are found by investigating satisfaction of geological study tourists in this area:(1) the main geological study tourists in this area are college sophomores and juniors majoring in geography,geology and other related specialties with low level of consumption,who usually go on a 3-to-7-day study tour;(2) five common factors related to the study tours there are extracted and their mean values of satisfaction are in descending order,namely,core attraction,public service facilities,level of service and management,price level and food quality,accommodation facilities,which is below the level of satisfaction(4. 000) and thus the satisfaction of these tourists is not high enough;(3) the"satisfaction-importance"matrix of tourists is built to analyse the follow-ups of the impact factors,which is expected to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the geological study tourism products.
