条形码在档案管理与借阅工作中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Barcode in Archives Management and Lending Work

目前是一个技术飞速发展的时代,什么事情都要讲求效率.但就档案管理来说,目前除了采用档案管理系统进行目录管理,使档案账目的管理更方便快捷以外,再无更新的提高工作效率的手段,本人根据多年工作的实践,发现在档案管理的诸多业务中,通过条形码技术进行档案利用和库房管理是提高工作效率的新捷径,本文对该技术在档案管理中的应用进行研究.

At present,it is an era of rapid development of technology,everything has to be efficient.But as far as archives meangement is concerned,at present,in addition to the use of archives management system for directory management,so that the managemant of archives accounts more convenient and fast,there is no new means to improve work efficiency,ibased on the practice of many years of working,found that in many archives management business,through the barcode technology for archives utilization and warehouse management is a new shortcut to improve work efficiency.In this article,the application of this technology in archives management is studied.
