卓越小学科学教师培养策略与思考

On the Cultivation of Primary School Excellent Science Teachers

摘要 2018年教育部“关于实施卓越教师计划培养2.0意见”颁布实施,培养卓越小学科学教师是基于此的一重大的举措.卓越小学科学教师的培养和成长都存在着一定的问题.解决问题需要建构新的课程体系,改变传统的教学、培养模式,把“学”“能”转换放在突出位置.构建学院、地方政府和基地校(区县)三位一体维护体系;做实教学实践,搭建服务平台,把卓越小学科学教师培养推向更新的高度. In 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated and implemented the "2. 0 Opinion on Implementing the Training of Excellent Teachers Plan",on which the training of primary school excellent science teachers is based. Primary school excellent science teachers refer to those"very outstanding,beyond the ordinary"science teachers. As far as domestic research is concerned,the achievements that can be used for reference are not abundant. There are some problems in the training and growth of those teachers in primary schools. To solve these problems,a new curriculum system is to be constructed,the traditional teaching and training mode changed,and the transformation of " learning" and " ability" put in a prominent position. A trinity maintenance system of colleges,local governments and base schools(districts and counties) should be built as well as a service platform for their teaching practice and the training of them.
