他汀类药物对高血压患者颈动脉斑块、hs-CRP、LDL-C及HbA1c的影响

Effect of statins on carotid plaque, hs-CRP, LDL-C and HbA1c in patients with hypertension

目的:探讨他汀类药物对高血压患者颈动脉斑块、hs-CRP、LDL-C及HbA1c的影响.方法:招募2014年5月~2016年12月于我院门诊就诊合并存在颈动脉斑块的高血压患者共80例,随机平分为实验组(n=40)及对照组(n=40),其中实验组在常规降压治疗基础上加用他汀类药物.比较治疗后两组患者循环hs-CRP、LDL-C及HbA1c水平的变化、颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)及颈动脉斑块面积、厚度及数目的变化.结果:与降脂治疗前相比,实验组患者治疗后循环hs-CRP、LDL-C显著降低,HbA1c水平无明显升高,同时,实验组患者IMT及颈动脉斑块面积、厚度明显减小;此外,就血压控制情况而言,应用降脂药物的患者24小时平均收缩压较未应用者降低更明显.P均小于0.05.结论:他汀类药可明显抑制高血压患者炎症反应及延缓颈动脉斑块进展,同时未增加HbA1c水平.

Objective To investigate the effect of statins on carotid plaque,hs-CRP,LDL-C and HbA1c in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 80 hypertension patients with carotid plaque were collected in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016.All of them divided into experiment group(n=40)who were given statins and antihypertensive therapy and control group(n=40)who were given antihypertensive therapy.The levels of circulating hs-CRP,LDL-C and HbA1c,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),and acreage,thickness and number of carotid plaque were compared before and after treatment and two groups after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the level of hs-CRP,LDL-C and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),and acreage,thickness and number of carotid plaque were significantly decreased in experiment group after treatment,however,the level of HbA1c without significant changed.In addition,in terms of blood pressure control,the 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure was significantly lower in experiment group than control group.All of P values were less than 0.05.Conclusion Statins inhibited the inflammatory response in hypertension patients and delayed the progression of carotid plaque without increasing the level of HbA1c.
