摘要
新常态的经济发展大逻辑要求高职大学生在创业过程中要把创新放在更加突出位置.个性定制是企业基于消费者消费偏好和个性体验而施行的个性化商业定制行为,其核心是个性化需求的满足,与消费者个体的消费观念、消费情趣、消费层次、消费环境和消费能力密切相关.驱动大学生实施个性定制创业实践的动力激活策略包括担当强国重任的成才梦想,发挥专业知识的创新愿景,证明自身能力的创业激情,体验社会生活的怡情兴致.
The trend of new normal economic development requires higher vocational college students to put innovation in a more prominent position in the process of entrepreneurship.Personalized customization is a kind of personalized business customization carried out by enterprises based on consumers'consumption preference and personal experience.It aims at the satisfaction of personalized demand,which is closely related to consumers'individual consumption concept,consumption interest,consumption level,consumption environment and consumption ability.The dynamic activating strategies that drive college students to carry out customized entrepreneurship practice include the dream of becoming a powerful country,the innovative vision of professional knowledge,the entrepreneurial passion to prove their own ability,and the leisure interest of social life.
