智能制造视域下高职专业人才培养研究——以机电一体化专业为例 被引量:11

摘要 为了适应智能制造专业人才的需求,在深入企业调研目前高素质技能人才所存在问题的基础上,打破传统的人才培养观念,提出了培养具有复合的职业群能力、可持续发展的职业能力以及信息化能力的交叉复合型'智能人才'的新理念,并对复合型机电一体化人才培养进行了探索,提出了培养方案、改革了教学内容、建设了智能制造实训中心、组建了跨专业教学团队,最终实现个性化、创新性的高技能复合型人才的培养. In order to adapt to the demand or intelligent manufacturing professional talents,on the basis of deeply surveying the problems existing in the high-quality skill talents of enterprises,a new concept of cultivating versatile“intelligent talents”with comprehensive occupational group capability,sustainable professional capability and information-orientation capability is proposed by breaking the traditional talent cultivation concept,and by exploring the cultivation of versatile mechatronics talents,a cultivation program is improved,technical contents are improved,an intelligent manufacturing practice center is constructed,and a cross-major teaching team is set up,so as to realize the cultivation of individualized and innovative high-skill versatile talents.
