摘要
士官任职培训的性质决定了教学工作要以学员胜任岗位、完成工作任务为根本出发点和目的.由于士官学员在文化基础、实践经验和技能要求等方面有自己的特点,传统的学历教育、职业教育等顺向教学模式在一定程度上或某些细节上对于其任职培训并不适用.任务驱动案例教学通过任务地直观呈现、案例地具体表现等,能够最大限度地激发学员的学习积极性,有效确保教与学的目标一致性,做到教学过程有的放矢、教学实施科学合理,是士官任职培训值得进一步研究和大力推广应用的教学模式.
The nature of the training for non-commissioned officers determines that the basic starting point and purpose of the teaching work is to make the trainees competent for their posts and complete their tasks.Because non-commissioned trainees have their own characteristics in terms of cultural basis,practical experience and skill requirements,the traditional education mode of diploma education and vocational education is not suitable for their on-job training to some extent or in some details.Task driven case teaching uses intuitive presentation and specific performance to stimulate student s’learning enthusiasm extremely,ensure target conformity of teaching and study,and make the teaching process targeted and the teaching implementation scientific and rational.Thus,the task driven case teaching is worthy of further study and extensive application.
