The successful convening of national symposium on teachers of ideological and political courses provides a new opportunity and direction for colleges and universities to cultivate and practice core socialist values.To foster and practice socialist values is an objective need to demonstrate the ideological consensus of the Chinese people.It is also the long-cherished wish of the Chinese nation and the realistic basis for promoting the scientific development of colleges and universities.At present,the"value dilemma"commonly encountered by college students has reduced the fostering effect,the communication of core socialist values in the Internet era has encountered a discourse crisis,and the role of"main channel"and"main position"has weakened the intention of fostering and practicing.Therefore,we need learn from advanced typical deeds to lead the construction of core socialist values;take the Internet express to expand the vision of the dissemination of core socialist values;and enrich the carrier of practice to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating core socialist values.
