沙美特罗替卡松联合沙丁胺醇治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的效果及对气道重塑及炎症反应的影响 被引量:6

Effects of salmeterol and salbutamol on airway remodeling and inflammatory responses in patients with COPD

摘要 目的 探讨沙美特罗替卡松联合沙丁胺醇治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析2018年3月至2019年2月菏泽医学专科学校附属医院收治的106例慢性阻塞性肺病患者的病例资料,根据治疗方式将其分为两组,每组53例.对照组予以沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗,比较两组患者气道重塑、炎症反应变化情况及肺功能指标水平改善效果.结果 与治疗前比较,治疗后两组各气道重塑指标水平及炎性因子水平均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项肺功能指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 沙美特罗替卡松与沙丁胺醇联合用于慢性阻塞性肺病治疗中,可有效帮助患者改善气道重塑及肺功能,降低机体炎性反应,临床疗效确切. Objective To investigate the clinical effects of salmeterol and salbutamol in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the case data of 106 patients with COPD admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from March 2018 to February 2019.All patients were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with salbutamol,and patients in the observation group were treated with salmeterol on the basis of treatment of the control group.The improvement effects of airway remodeling,inflammatory response changes and lung function indexes in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of airway remodeling indicators and inflammatory factors in the two groups were higher than the preoperative levels,and these indexes were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).The levels of pulmonary function indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of salmeterol and salbutamol in the treatment of COPD patients can effectively improve airway remodeling and pulmonary function,significantly reduce the inflammatory response of the body,with definite clinical effects.
