腹腔镜下隐睾下降固定术治疗高位隐睾的临床研究

Laparoscopic cryptorchidopexy in treatment of high cryptorchidism

目的 探讨腹腔镜下隐睾下降固定术治疗高位隐睾的临床效果.方法 按照随机数字表法将2016年1月至2017年12月在梅州市人民医院小儿外科就诊的60例高位隐睾患儿分为对照组和研究组,每组30例.对照组接受传统开放隐睾下降固定术治疗,研究组行腹腔镜下隐睾下降固定术治疗.比较两组患儿手术相关指标;患儿出院后随访3~9个月,比较两组患儿睾丸发育情况.结果 与对照组相比,研究组患儿手术时间、术后下床活动时间、切口疼痛时间、住院时间均较短,术中出血量较少,患儿睾丸发育良好率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用腹腔镜下隐睾下降固定术治疗高位隐睾疗效确切,可缩短手术时间,减少对患儿机体的损伤,加快康复进程,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of laparoscopic cryptorchidopexy in treatment of high cryptorchidism.Methods A total of 60 children with high cryptorchidism in the Department of Pediatric Surgery in the People's Hospital of Meizhou from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group and research group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Children in control group were given traditional open cryptorchidopexy,while children in research group were treated by laparoscopic cryptorchidopexy.The surgical indexes of two groups were compared.The children were followed up for 3 to 9 months after discharge,and the development of testis in two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the operation time,postoperative leaving bed time,incision pain time,hospital stays in research group were shorter,however,the intraoperative bleeding volume in research group was less,the excellent rate of testis development in research group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic cryptorchidopexy in treatment of high cryptorchidism is effective,which can shorten operation time,reduce injury,promote recovery,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
