摘要
研究了GB/T 3903.4-2017标准,通过建立数学模型,分析了测量过程中的不确定度来源,并对其测量结果进行了不确定度的A类评定和B类评定,并给出了合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度.发现鞋底硬度不确定性主要来源有测量重复性、数值修约误差及硬度计测量误差,检测中可考虑提高硬度计的精度和增加试验次数来适当降低合成标准不确定度.
The GB/T 3903.4-2017 standard was studied. The source of uncertainty in sole hardness test is analyzed by establishing mathematical model, evaluating the measurement uncertainty of the hardness. The type A and type B uncertainty evaluation were carried out, the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were obtained. Results show that the main sources of uncertainty in sole hardness determination are the measuring repeatability and the round-off errors and durometer measurement errors. The combined standard uncertainty can reduce through improve accuracy of the durometer and increase testing times.
