摘要
为了得到合理的半刚性基层双层摊铺与大厚度摊铺养生措施,通过水稳碎石基层渗透试验,对水稳碎石渗透模型系数与孔隙率、水泥含量、渗透深度及0.075mm筛通过百分数之间的关系进行了系统研究,建立了水稳碎石渗透系数计算公式;并通过双层连续摊铺基层洒水养生现场渗透试验,得到了养生过程中水分下渗深度。结果表明:参透系数与孔隙率、水泥含量等之间有良好的相关性;水分从基层表面渗透至基层底面约20min;研究结果为双层摊铺模式下基层的养生方法提供了科学依据。
In order to obtain reasonable maintenance measures for double-layer paving and largethickness paving of semi-rigid base course,the relationship between permeability coefficient of water-stabilized macadam base and porosity,cement content,permeability depth and passing percentage of 0.075 mm sieve was systematically studied through permeability test of cementstabilized macadam base course,and the calculation formula of permeability coefficient of cementstabilized macadam was established.And through the sprinkling curing field penetration test of double-layer continuous paving base course,the depth of water infiltration during the curing process was obtained.The results show that there is a good correlation between independent variables and dependent variables,and water penetrates from the surface of the base to the bottom of the base for about 20 min,which provides a scientific basis for the maintenance method of the base under the double-layer paving mode.
