延续性护理对高血压脑出血患者的生活能力及生存质量的影响

目的 探讨延续性护理对高血压脑出血患者的生活能力及生存质量的影响.方法 选取手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者130例,随机分为两组,各65例.两组患者均实施常规护理,出院后对照组实施常规出院指导,观察组实施出院后延续性护理,比较两组患者的格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分、出院后生活能力及并发症情况,以并发症发生情况评定患者生存质量.结果 两组患者护理前GCS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院后6个月比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者出院后除生活自理能力外各项生活能力指标评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 高血压脑出血患者实施延续性护理干预效果显著,有利于促进患者康复,改善患者日常生活能力,且并发症少,患者远期生存质量较好,可在临床上推广应用.

Objective To investigate the continuity of patient care ability and quality of life of life of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 130 cases of patients with surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups,two patients were in the hospital during the routine nursing after discharge,65 cases in the control group were received conventional discharge guidance continuity nursing,65 cases in the experimental group after discharge,the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score of two groups of patients was compared,life ability and complications after discharge,the quality of life of patients with complications was evaluated.Results The two groups of patients before nursing GCS score had no significant difference(P>0.05),compared to 6 months after discharge after the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);and the patients in the observation group after discharge in the life self-care ability index scores were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of observation group of patients with complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has remarkable effect,which is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of patients and improving their daily living ability.It has fewer complications and better long-term quality of life.It can be popularized and applied in clinic.
