锡类散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的疗效分析

目的 探讨锡类散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的疗效.方法 收集2015年1月至2017年12月疱疹性口炎患儿107例,按就诊顺序将患儿随机分为两组,对照组53例,给予阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组54例,在对照组治疗基础上加用锡类散联合蒙脱石散局部用药.结果 观察组治疗总有效率94.4%,对照组总有效率81.1%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组退热时间、溃疡愈合时间及进食正常时间分别为(2.22±0.25)d、(3.17±0.39)d、(3.39±0.75)d,均显著少于对照组(2.97±0.33)d、(4.21±0.79)d、(4.74±0.99)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现恶心、呕吐等药物不良反应,且治疗中血常规、尿常规均在正常范围内.结论 锡类散联合蒙脱石散治疗疱疹性口炎能加快溃疡愈合,缩短愈合时间,治疗疱疹性口炎具有良好的临床疗效,值得在临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of tin-like powder combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis in children.Methods 107 children with herpetic stomatitis were collected from January 2015 to December 2017.The children were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.53 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment with acyclovir tablets.54 patients in the observation group.In the control group,tin-based powder combined with montmorillonite powder was added.Results The total effective rate was 94.4%(51/54)in the observation group and 81.1%(43/53)in the control group.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.The antipyretic time,ulcer healing time and normal eating time of the observation group were(2.22±0.25)d,(3.17±0.39)d,and(3.39±0.75)d,respectively,which were significantly less than the control group(2.97±0.33)d,4.21±0.79)d,(4.74±0.99)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting in the two groups,and the blood routine and urine routine were within the normal range.Conclusion The treatment of herpetic stomatitis with tin-like powder combined with montmorillonite powder can accelerate the healing of ulcers,shorten the healing time,and has a good clinical effect in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis.It is worthy of clinical use.
