妇科癌症手术后并发深静脉血栓的临床分析

目的 妇科癌症手术后并发深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床研究.方法 选取2012年1月至2017年12月就诊的190例妇科癌症患者,统计患者临床资料,分析妇科癌症术后并发深静脉血栓的临床特征和危险因素.结果 妇科癌症术后并发静脉血栓的危险因素包括高血压、手术时间、术后卧床时间.妇科恶性肿瘤手术后给予深静脉血栓干预措施的观察组患者DVT发病率显著低于对照组,DVT分级也更低.结论 高血压、手术持续时间、手术后卧床的时间与妇科癌症术后并发DVT相关.术后并发深静脉血栓对妇科癌症手术患者的预后造成不良影响,通常临床上可以采取一定的措施,如手术后调整合适体位、早期活动、用药和饮食上的措施减少DVT的发生.尽早发现DVT并且给予及时的干预措施,有利于改善DVT的情况.

Objective Clinical study of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after gynecological cancer surgery.Methods From January 2012 to December 2017,190 cases of cancer were selected from our hospital,and their clinical data was recorded.Clinical characteristics and risk factors of patients after gynecological cancer surgery complicting DVT were analyzed.Results The risk factors of DVT include high blood pressure,operation time and postoperative bed rest time after gynecological cancer surgery.The incidence of DVT in the observation group receiving DVT intervention after gynecological cancer surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the grade of DVT was also lower.Conclusion Hypertension,operation time and postoperative bed rest time are related to the incidence of DVT after gynecological cancer surgery Postoperative complications of DVT had a negative impact on the prognosis of the patients after gynecological cancer surgery.Some clinical use can be taken to reduce the incidence of DVT such as appropriate posture,early activity,measures of medication and diet.Early detection of DVT and timely intervention can improve the situation of DVT.
