声诺维超声造影检查在肝脏肿瘤诊断中的应用及护理

目的 探究声诺维超声造影检查在肝脏肿瘤病变诊断中的应用及护理.方法 选择2015年2月至2018年1月1348例肝脏肿瘤病变患者作为观察对象,对其肝脏部位进行声诺维超声造影检查,并进行造影检查前准备以及造影检查前心理护理、造影检查中和造影检查后的全程护理.结果 所有患者均顺利完成超声造影检查,其中静脉注射声诺维造影剂1次、2次和≥3次的患者例数分别为220例、828例和300例.共有685例患者被超声造影诊断为肝脏恶性肿瘤,另有663例患者被超声造影诊断为良性肿瘤.造影检查过程中有78例发生血压升高、30例发生一过性头晕;造影检查后33例发生恶性呕吐、21例发生肘静脉穿刺部位出现红肿.上述造影检查过程中和造影检查后出现的症状经过针对性的护理后均好转.结论 应用声诺维超声造影进行肝脏肿瘤病变诊断效果好,在检查的过程中需要科学合理的护理配合.

Objective To explore the application and nursing of SonoVue contrast enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of liver tumor.Methods From February 2015 to January 2018,1348 patients with liver tumor were examined by SonoVue contrast enhanced ultrasound in Hangzhou Xixi hospital.Preoperative preparation for angiography,psychological nursing before radiography,nursing after radiography examination and nursing after radiography examination for the inspection process were conducted.Results All patients who participated in the study successfully completed the ultrasonography examination,of which 220 cases,828 cases and 300 cases were 1,2 and 3 or 3 times,respectively.Before the examination,135 patients had mental disorders,but the mental disorder was relieved or improved significantly after psychological examination.There were 78 patients with elevated blood pressure,30 cases of transient dizziness,33 cases of malignant vomiting and 21 cases of red and swelling in the elbow vein puncture site in 21 cases.All of these symptoms improved after targeted nursing.Conclusion SonoVue contrast enhanced ultrasound is a good diagnostic method for liver tumor.Scientific and reasonable nursing cooperation is necessary in the process of examination.
