大隐静脉曲张静脉腔内激光术与剥脱术疗效比较

目的 探讨并比较静脉腔内激光术与大隐静脉剥脱术对下肢静脉曲张治疗效果.方法 选取自2016年1月至2017年9月接受手术治疗的下肢静脉曲张患者100例,随机分为大隐静脉腔内激光术及剥脱术两组,收集患者术前、住院期间、术后3个月门诊随访的临床资料并进行比较.结果 静脉腔内激光术与剥脱术组两组患者术前一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).静脉腔内激光治疗术手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间明显少于大隐静脉剥脱术,两组患者术后伤口感染、术后发热、术后复发等指标无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 静脉腔内激光治疗术与大隐静脉剥脱术具有相近的治疗效果,静脉腔内激光治疗术安全性、术后住院时间明显优于大隐静脉剥脱术,总体看,静脉腔内激光治疗术优于大隐静脉剥脱术.

Objective To compare the effect of intracavitary laser therapy and traditional exfoliation in the treatment of great saphenous varicose vein.Methods 100 patients with varicose veins of great saphenous vein admitted in the first hospital of Jiaxing from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected,and all the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The clinical data of outpatient follow-up before operation,during hospitalization and 3 months after operation were collected and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative general data between the two groups.The operation time,bleeding volume and hospitalization time of endovenous laser therapy were significantly less than those of saphenous vein stripping.There was no significant difference in wound infection,fever and recurrence between the two groups.Conclusion Endovenous laser therapy has similar therapeutic effect with great saphenous vein stripping.Endovenous laser therapy is superior to great saphenous vein stripping in safety and hospital stay.Overall,intravenous laser therapy is superior to great saphenous vein stripping.
