B超监护下臀位外倒转术降低剖宫产率的效果观察

目的 探讨B超监护下对臀位单胎妊娠孕妇实施外倒转术的成功率,并分析相关并发症发生情况.方法 选择2016年12月至2017年12月间在本院产科行产前检查并分娩的臀位单胎妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,按产妇意愿分为观察组与对照组.观察组产妇行B超监测臀位外倒转术,对照组采用期待疗法.比较两组产妇胎位纠正成功率、剖宫产情况,早产情况,不良反应等,并对数据进行分析.结果 观察组中剖宫产率为30.7%,对照组剖宫产率为60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组与对照组的并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在B超监测下,对臀位单胎妊娠孕妇行外倒转术,有较好的矫正胎位效果,能够降低剖宫产率,并且未增加并发症风险.

Objective To explore the success rate of external cephalic version for breech singleton pregnancies under type-B ultrasound monitoring,and analyze the occurrence of related complications.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,the pregnant women who had prenatal examination and childbirth in the obstetrics department of our hospital were selected,and the pregnant women were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the maternal wishes.The experimental group was performed by B-ultrasound monitoring external cephalic version,and the control group was treated with expectant therapy.The success rate of fetal position correction,cesarean section rate,premature delivery and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the data were analyzed.Results The correct rate of fetal position correction in the experimental group was 76.9%,which was higher than 42.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate was 30.7%in the experimental group and 60%in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion Under B-ultrasound monitoring,external cephalic version for pregnant women with single pregnancy has a better effect on the correction of fetal position,which can reduce the rate of cesarean section and do not increase the risk of complications.
