粪菌移植治疗炎症性肠病新进展 被引量：1

摘要 粪菌移植(fecal microbiota transplantation,FMT)是指将健康人粪便中菌群移植到患者肠道内,重建正常肠道菌群,达到治疗肠内外疾病的目的.作为一种特殊类型的器官移植,FMT因治疗难辨梭状芽孢杆菌感染(CDI)的疗效显著而备受关注[1].近年来,有关FMT治疗炎症性肠病(IBD)相关研究逐渐成为热点,但现阶段文献多为病例报道、病例分析以及小样本的病例对照研究.我们就FMT对IBD治疗的疗效、安全性及存在的问题进行阐述.
