炎症性肠病女性妊娠期间管理

摘要 炎症性肠病( inflammatory bowel disease ,IBD)是一类肠道慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,主要包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD),其发病机制尚不清楚,与环境、遗传、感染和免疫因素等有关.我国的IBD发病率逐年增加,对女性患者妊娠、生育及生活质量有较大影响,已引起我国医疗保健机构的重视. 约50%的IBD患者初诊年龄<35岁,25%在诊断IBD之后面临生育问题. 全面认识和掌握IBD对妊娠过程的影响,指导和帮助育龄女性患者进行妊娠管理,是消化内科治疗IBD的一项重要工作. 现就女性IBD患者疾病与妊娠相互间的影响及IBD患者妊娠期间管理方法进行详细阐述.
