公共卫生基础设施、家庭健康水平与农户贫困脆弱性——基于8个集中连片贫困地区1458户农户数据

Public Health Infrastructure, Family Health Level and Poverty Vulnerability of Farmers——Based on the Data of 1458 Households in 8 Centralized Poverty-stricken Areas

公共卫生基础设施短板是制约乡村振兴发展的重要因素.基于此,该文通过理论研究疾病与贫困之间的循环关系,并根据课题组在六盘山区、燕山—太行山区、吕梁山区等8个集中连片贫困地区的1458户农户调研数据,通过中介效应模型检验'公共卫生基础设施—家庭健康水平—贫困脆弱性'作用机制的合理性.研究结果表明,集中连片贫困地区公共卫生基础设施的匮乏对农户而言不仅是严重的健康风险,更是造成其因病致贫、因病返贫等现实问题的重要根源.因此,要大力推进改水改厕、垃圾治理等公共卫生基础设施建设工程,以从根源上打破贫病循环机制,阻断因病致贫、因病返贫等健康贫困的代际传递.

The shortage of public health infrastructure is an important factor restricting the development of rural revitalization.Based on this,this paper examines the rationality of the mechanism of"public health infrastructurefamily health level-poverty vulnerability"through theoretical research on the cyclic relationship between disease and poverty,as well as collected survey data of 1 458 households in eight concentrated poverty-stricken areas,such as Liupan Mountain,Yanshan-Taihang Mountain and Lvliang Mountain.The results show that the lack of public health infrastructure in concentrated poverty-stricken areas is not only a serious health risk for farmers,but also an important source of the real problems such as poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty due to illness.Therefore,we should vigorously promote the construction of public health infrastructure projects such as water improvement,toilet improvement and garbage treatment,so as to break the"cycle mechanism of poverty and disease"from the root causes and intergenerational transmission of health poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty due to illness.
