摘要
目的 探讨数字骨科技术在临床型研究生教学中的应用价值.方法 选取2018年在某院骨科基地轮转学习的临床型研究生40名,将其随机分成数字教学组和传统教学组各20名,对相同课程内容进行分开教学,并通过课后考核以及自填式问卷调查评估教学效果.结果 相对于传统教学组学生,数字教学组明显提高了学生的理论考核成绩与操作考核成绩,分别是81.1±4.3分比77.2±5.1分与89.3±3.8分比83.1±4.4分,对比具有统计学差异.问卷调查结果比较发现数字教学有利于提高学生学习兴趣度(4.5±0.7分vs 3.2±0.8分)、解剖熟悉度(4.6±0.5分vs 3.2±0.5分)、操作掌握度(4.3±0.7分vs 3.1±0.7分)、知识拓展度(4.2±0.8分vs 3.5±0.5分)和教学满意度(4.6±0.5分vs 3.6±0.8分),差异都有统计学意义.结论 基于数字骨科技术的教学方法在临床型研究生的教学中显示出明显优势,能有效提高学生学习质量和综合素质,教学效果满意,有很好的应用前景.
Objective To explore the application value of digital technology in orthopedics teaching of clinical postgraduates.Method 40 clinical postgraduates who studied in the department of orthopedics in 2018 were randomly divided into digital orthopedics teaching group(n=20)and traditional teaching group(n=20).The same course content was taught separately,and the teaching effect was evaluated through after-class assessment and self-filled questionnaire survey.Results Compared with the traditional teaching group,the students in the digital orthopedics teaching group had better theoretical scores(81.1±4.3 vs 77.2±5.1),and significantly improves students'operational scores(89.3±3.8 vs 83.1±4.4).The comparison of the results of the questionnaire survey showed that the digital orthopedics teaching group was conducive to improving students'learning interest(4.5±0.7 vs 3.2±0.8),anatomical familiarity(4.6±0.5 vs 3.2±0.5),operational mastery(4.3±0.7 vs 3.1±0.7),knowledge expansion(4.2±0.8 vs 3.5±0.5)and teaching satisfaction(4.6±0.5 vs 3.6±0.8).Conclusions The teaching mode based on digital orthopedic technology in clinical postgraduates had showed obvious advantages in orthopedics teaching,which could effectively improve learning quality and the comprehensive characters of students.It had a good application prospect in postgraduate medical education.
