健脾活血方联合四联疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者血清PG及G-17水平的影响

Effect of Jianpi Huoxue Prescription Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Serum PG and G-17 Levels in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎采用健脾活血方联合四联疗法治疗的疗效。方法:选取本院2017年1月—2018年2月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者104例,按单盲法分为试验组和对照组,各52例。对照组采用四联疗法治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用健脾活血方(1剂/d,加水煎煮取300 mL药液,于早晚各温服150 mL)治疗,连续治疗1个疗程后,比较两组临床疗效、幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)清除率、血清胃泌素(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原比值(PGR)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组总有效率、Hp根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,试验组G-17、PGⅠ、PGR水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:健脾活血方联合四联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效显著,可促进血清G-17、PG分泌,提高Hp清除率,且安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of jianpi huoxue prescription combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:104 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the single blind method,52 cases each.The patients in the control group were given quadruple therapy,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with jianpi huoxue prescription(300 mL medical liquid was taken after decoction in water,and 150 mL medical liquid was taken in the morning and evening when it was warm,1 dose/d)on the basis of the control group.After one course of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp),the levels of serum gastrin(G-17),pepsinogen ratio(PGR)and pepsinogen I(PGI)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and the eradication rate of Hp in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significance differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of G-17,PGI and PGR in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significance differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi huoxue prescription combined with quadruple therapy is significantly effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which can promote the secretion of G-17 and PG in serum and improve the clearance rate of Hp,and has high safety.
