穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性研究

Study on Efficacy and Safety of Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:探讨穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:2015年6月—2017年6月我院收治的200例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷自拟方制成的寒湿型腰痛贴(qd,14 d为一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程)治疗。比较两组临床疗效,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、日本骨科学会腰痛疾患评分(JOA),以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分和ODI评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组JOA评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:常规治疗的基础上联合穴位贴敷可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症的临床症状,改善腰部功能,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint application in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:200 patients with cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,100 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,while the patients in the observation group were treated with cold-damp lumbago-treating patches(qd,14 d as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment)made by self-made prescriptions for acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores,JOA scores and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS scores and ODI scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The JOA scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Acupoint application on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and improve lumbar functions,and has high safety.
