侵袭性牙周炎基础治疗中不同时机口服抗菌药的短期疗效观察

Observation on Short-term Efficacy of Antimicrobials Orally Administrated at Different Time Points in the Basic Treatment of Aggressive Periodontitis

目的:探讨在侵袭性牙周炎基础治疗期间不同时期口服抗菌药的短期疗效。方法:将本院2016年3月—2017年6月收治的86例侵袭性牙周炎患者随机分成观察组与对照组,各43例。观察组在龈下刮治前给予口服抗菌药,对照组在全口龈下刮治后1 d口服抗菌药。比较两组治疗2个月后出血指数(BI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、菌斑指数(PLI)等牙周参数及牙齿松动分级情况。结果:治疗2个月后观察组牙齿松动分级为无松动的明显多于对照组,Ⅲ级明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗2个月后观察组牙周相关参数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在侵袭性牙周炎基础治疗时,于龈下刮治前给予患者口服抗菌药的短期疗效显著,可改善患者牙齿松动情况及牙周参数,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the short-term efficacy of antimicrobials orally administrated at different time points during the basic treatment of aggressive periodontitis.Methods:86 patients with aggressive periodontitis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,43 cases each.The patients in the observation group were given antimicrobials by oral administration before subgingival curettage,and the patients in the control group were given antimicrobials by oral administration 1 day after full subgingival curettage.The periodontal parameters such as bleeding index(BI),periodontal probing depth(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL)and plaque index(PLI)and the grade of teeth loosening were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the number of non-loose teeth in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group,and the teeth with gradeⅢloosening in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the periodontal parameters in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the basic treatment of invasive periodontitis,the oral antimicrobials given to the patients before subgingival curettage have significant short-term efficacy,which can improve patients’teeth loosening and periodontal parameters and improve the quality of life of patients.
