放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Radiotherapy Combined with Compound Kushen Injection in the Treatment of Breast Cancer

目的:观察术后放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效及对患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2015年5月—2017年5月我院收治的110例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各55例,对照组给予术后放疗治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合复方苦参注射液(20 mL+250 mL 0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉滴注,qd)治疗。比较两组治疗效果、细胞免疫功能及生存质量改善情况。结果:联合组完全缓解(CR)、客观缓解(RR)率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后联合组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+及自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平显著高于治疗前,且高于对照组,CD8^+值较治疗前明显下降,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合组生存质量总改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗乳腺癌的疗效显著,可改善患者的细胞免疫功能,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of postoperative radiotherapy combined with compound kushen injection in the treatment of breast cancer and its effect on cellular immune functions.Methods:110 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as subjects investigated and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,55 cases each.The patients in the control group received postoperative radiotherapy,and the patients in the combined group were treated with compound kushen injection(20 mL+250 mL 0.9%sodium chloride injection,intravenous drip,qd)on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,cellular immune functions and the improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The rates of complete remission(CR)and objective remission(RR)in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and natural killer(NK)cells in the combined group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and higher than those in the control group,while the value of CD8+was significantly lower than that before treatment,and lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall improvement rate of quality of life in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiotherapy combined with compound kushen injection has a significant therapeutic effect on breast cancer,which can improve the patient’s cellular immune functions and improve their quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
