前列地尔联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗高龄不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性评价

Evaluation on Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Alprostadil Combined with Sodium Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate Injection in the Treatment of Elderly Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的 :探讨前列地尔联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗高龄不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :选取2014年6月—2017年6月我院收治的126例高龄(年龄均在60岁以上)不稳定型心绞痛患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各63例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液(80 mg,qd)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用前列地尔(10 ug,qd)治疗,比较两组临床症状、心电图疗效、心绞痛发作时间、心绞痛发作持续时间以及不良反应。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率和心电图疗效指标的总有效率分别为85.7%和88.89%,显著高于对照组的69.84%和73.02%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组心绞痛发作次数和持续发作时间显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:前列地尔联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗高龄不稳定型心绞痛的疗效显著,且安全可靠,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effcacy and safety of alprostadil combined with sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection in the treatment of elderly unstable angina pectoris.Methods:126 elderly patients(aged over 60 years old)with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,63 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given conventional treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection(80 mg,qd)on the basis of conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with alprostadil(10 ug,qd)on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram effcacy,angina attack time,duration of angina pectoris and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram effcacy indexes in the treatment group were 85.7%and 88.89%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(69.84%and 73.02%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The number and duration of angina pectoris attack in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly unstable angina pectoris,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
