舒肝颗粒治疗卒中后焦虑的疗效观察及对患者神经功能的影响研究

Study on Curative Effect of Shugan Granules on Post-stroke Anxiety and Their Effect on Neurological Functions of Patients

目的:研究舒肝颗粒治疗卒中后焦虑的疗效及对患者神经功能的影响。方法:选取2017年3月—2018年3月我院收治的卒中后焦虑患者132例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各66例。对照组给予心理治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予舒肝颗粒(3 g,bid,连续治疗6周)治疗。比较两组抗焦虑疗效、神经功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 :观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前,两组各项神经功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组一氧化氮(NO)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)、神经原特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)较治疗前显著改善,且各项指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :舒肝颗粒治疗卒中后焦虑疗效显著,可有效改善患者的神经功能,促进预后,且安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effcacy of shugan granules in the treatment of post-stroke anxiety and their effects on neurological functions of the patients.Methods:132 patients with post-stroke anxiety admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects investigated and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,66 cases in each group.The patients in the control group was given psychotherapy,and the patients in the observation group were given the shugan granules(3 g,bid,continuous treatment for 6 weeks)on the basis of the control group.The anti-anxiety effect,neurological function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in neurological function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of nitric oxide(NO),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),myelin basic protein(MBP)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in the observation group after treatment were better than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The shugan granules have a significant curative effect on post-stroke anxiety,and can effectively improve patient’s nerve functions and promote prognosis,and have high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
