洛索洛芬钠与盐酸阿替卡因对种植牙修复术后疼痛的影响

Effect of Loxoprofen Sodium and Articaine Hydrochloride on Pain after Dental Implantation Prosthesis

目的:探讨洛索洛芬钠与盐酸阿替卡对种植牙修复术后疼痛的影响.方法:选取2016年9月—2018年8月于我院行种植牙修复术的184例患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各92例.对照组采用盐酸阿替卡因注射液(前牙每个注射点药物剂量0.3~0.5 mL,后牙每个注射点药物剂量0.4~0.7 mL)行局部浸润麻醉,在此基础上,观察组于术前30 min口服60 mg洛索洛芬钠片,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、舒适度、心理状态及口腔修复成功率.结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 h、6 h及12 h,观察组舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分均较对照组高,Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表(Wong-Baker量表)评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 h、6 h及12 h,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组口腔修复成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:洛索洛芬钠与盐酸阿替卡用于种植牙修复术的疗效显著,可有效减轻疼痛,提升患者舒适度及口腔修复率.

Objective:To investigate the effect of loxoprofen sodium and articaine hydrochloride on pain after dental implantation prosthesis.Methods:184 patients who underwent dental implantation prosthesis in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2018 were selected as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into two groups,92 cases each.The patients in the control group were given local anesthesia with articaine hydrochloride injection(the dose at each injection point of the anterior teeth was 0.3-0.5 mL and the dose at each injection point of the posterior teeth was 0.4-0.7 mL).On this basis,the patients in the observation group were given 60 mg oral loxoprofen sodium tablets at 30 min before surgery.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,comfort degree,mental state and oral repair success rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3,6 and 12 h after operation,the scores of general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of Wong-Baker facial expression pain scale(Wong-Baker scale)were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 3 h,6 h and 12 h after operation,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The success rate of oral repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Loxoprofen sodium and articaine hydrochloride are significantly effective in dental implantation prosthesis,which can effectively reduce pain and improve patients’comfort degree and oral repair rate.
