硝呋太尔胶囊联合盐酸环丙沙星栓对细菌性阴道炎患者阴道微生态的影响

Effect of Nifuratel Capsules Combined with Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Suppositories on Vaginal Microecology in Patients with Bacterial Vaginitis

目的:分析联合用药方案对患者阴道微生态的影响.方法:选择2017年1月—2019年1月我院收治的180例细菌性阴道炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各90例.对照组使用盐酸环丙沙星栓(1粒,qd)治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合口服硝呋太尔胶囊(0.2 g,tid),连续治疗14 d,治疗期间记录患者不良反应发生情况,比较两组临床症状消失时间及临床疗效;于治疗结束时,检测并比较两组患者阴道微生态.结果:治疗组临床有效率高于对照组,各症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗结束时阴道微生态情况得到改善,在阴道pH值、菌群密集度Ⅱ~Ⅲ度占比及乳酸杆菌检测方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间未见不良反应发生.结论:硝呋太尔联合盐酸环丙沙星栓治疗细菌性阴道炎疗效确切,患者各症状得到更快缓解,阴道微生态环境明显改善,且安全可靠.

Objective:To analyze the effect of a combined drug use regimen on vaginal microecology.Methods:180 patients with bacteria vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,90 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppositories(1 capsule,qd),and the patients in the treatment group were further treated with oral nifuratel capsules(0.2 g,tid).The treatment was continued for 14 days.The adverse reactions during the treatment period were recorded,and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.At the end of the treatment,the vaginal microecology in the two groups was detected and compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the disappearance time of various symptoms was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The vaginal microecological conditions were improved at the end of the treatment in the treatment group,and the pH value,the ratio of microbial concentrationⅡ~Ⅲand lactobacillus detection in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Nifuratel capsules combined with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppositories are effective in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis,which can alleviate the symptoms of the patient more quickly and obviously improve vaginal microecological environment,and are safe and reliable.
