炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合枸橼酸氯米芬片对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素及排卵的影响

Effect of Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Acetate Tablets Combined with Clomifene Citrate Tablets on Sex Hormones and Ovulation in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndromes

目的:探究炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗多囊卵巢综合征对患者性激素与排卵的影响.方法:选取我院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的86例多囊卵巢综合征患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各43例,对照组单纯服用枸橼酸氯米芬片(50 mg,qd),观察组在对照组基础上联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(1片/次,qd),比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平及排卵、妊娠情况.结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高,治疗后雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮等水平均较对照组高,且排卵率及妊娠率均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗多囊卵巢综合征可提高临床疗效,调节性激素水平,促进排卵,提高妊娠成功率.

Objective:To explore the effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with clomiphene citrate tablets on sex hormones and ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndromes.Methods:86 patients with polycystic ovary syndromes admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,43 cases each.The patients in the control group simply took clomiphene citrate tablets(50 mg,qd),and the patients in the observation group further took ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets(1 tablet/time,qd).The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and progesterone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with clomiphene citrate tablets can improve clinical efficacy,regulate sex hormone levels,promote ovulation and improve the success rate of pregnancy in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndromes.
