摘要
目的:探讨宫颈球囊、地诺前列酮栓及催产素的引产效果.方法:对2016年6月—2017年12月在我院分娩的具有引产指征的150例孕妇临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据引产方式不同分为三组,各50例.A组采用宫颈球囊引产,B组采用地诺前列酮栓引产,C组使用催产素引产,比较三组母婴结局及分娩情况.结果:三组羊水粪染、宫内感染、宫颈裂伤、产褥感染及新生儿窒息等发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组产后24 h出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B组用药到临产时间及总产程均短于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:与催产素比较,采用宫颈球囊、地诺前列酮栓引产更有利于促进宫颈成熟,进而有效缩短用药到临产时间及总产程.
Objective:To investigate the effect of cervical balloons,dinoprostone suppositories and oxytocin on induced labor.Methods:The clinical data of 150 pregnant women with indications of induced labor in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and the pregnant women were divided into three groups according to different methods of induced labor,50 cases each.The pregnant women in the group A were induced with cervical balloons.The pregnant women in the group B were induced with dinoprostone suppositories.The pregnant women in the group C were induced with oxytocin.The maternal and child outcomes and delivery were compared between the three groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of meconium-stained amniotic fluid,intrauterine infections,cervical laceration,puerperal infections and neonatal asphyxia between the three groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in 24 h postpartum bleeding volume between the three groups(P>0.05).The time from drug use to entering labor course and the total labor course in the group A and the group B were shorter than those in the group C,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with oxytocin,cervical balloons and dinoprostone suppositories used in induce labor are more conducive to the promotion of cervical ripening,thus effectively shortening the time from drug use to entering labor course and total labor.
