骨肽注射液对创伤性四肢骨折患者术后早期骨折愈合及关节功能的影响

Effect of Ossotide Injection on Early Fracture Healing and Joint Function in Patients with Traumatic Limb Fractures after Operation

目的:探讨骨肽注射液对创伤性四肢骨折患者术后关节功能的改善效果以及对骨折愈合时间的影响.方法:回顾性分析2017年2月—2018年7月我院收治的108例创伤性四肢骨折患者的临床资料,依据上述入选者治疗方案的不同,分为对照组(内固定手术治疗,50例)与观察组[内固定手术治疗+骨肽注射液(20 mL,qd),58例],比较两组骨代谢指标[骨钙素(BGP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)]、关节功能与术后骨折愈合时间.结果:术前,两组BGP、ACP、ALP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后28 d,观察组BGP、ACP、ALP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分中,两组术前上肢与下肢评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,观察组上肢与下肢评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:创伤性四肢骨折患者在内固定术后接受骨肽注射液治疗,可有效加快骨折愈合速度,利于调节骨代谢指标,改善关节功能.

Objective:To investigate the effect of ossotide injection on the improvement of joint function and fracture healing time in patients with traumatic limb fractures after operation.Methods:The clinical data of 108 patients with traumatic limb fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into a control group(internal fixation surgery,50 cases)and an observation group[internal fixation surgery+ossotide injection(20 mL,qd),58 cases]according to the different treatment options of the above-mentioned enrollees.The levels of bone metabolism indexes[osteocalcin(BGP),acid phosphatase(ACP)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)],joint function and postoperative fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:Before operation,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of BGP,ACP and ALP(P>0.05).On the 28th day after operation,the levels of BGP,ACP and ALP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the Fugl-Meyer Rating Scale(FMA),there were no statistically significant differences in preoperative upper limb and lower limb scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The upper limb and lower limb scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group three months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ossotide injection used in the treatment of the patients with traumatic limb fractures after internal fixation surgery can effectively accelerate the heating time of fractures,facilitate the regulation of bone metabolism indexes and improve joint function.
