沿海地区某医院2014—2018年神经内科疾病谱分析

Disease spectrum of inpatients admitted to the Neurology Department in a hospital of the coastal area from 2014 to 2018

目的 探讨沿海地区某医院神经内科2014—2018年住院患者病种分布特征,为临床常见疾病防治提供科学依据.方法 采用回顾性调查的方法,从医院信息系统提取神经内科在2014年1月至2018年12月收治的住院患者资料,采用国际疾病分类方法(ICD-10)对疾病进行分类,对患者的数量、病种等进行描述性统计分析,采用χ2检验进行统计学处理.结果 神经内科住院患者数呈逐年增长的趋势.疾病谱前5位疾病依次为脑梗死(33.83%)、脑供血不足(14.55%)、短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)(6.22%)、良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)(4.80%)和脑出血(3.49%).结论 分析研究神经内科疾病谱的变化特点,有针对性地指导临床医疗工作,为沿海地区神经内科疾病的预防和治疗提供科学依据,同时也为学科发展提供参考.

Objective To explore the composition and characteristics of the disease spectrum of inpatients in the Department of Neurology in the coastal area between 2014 and 2018,and to provide scientific basis for disease prevention and treatment clinically.Methods The clinical data of inpatients in the Neurology Department from Jan.2014 to Dec.2018 were extracted from the data system of the hospital and analyzed retrospectively.The 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases(ICD-10)was used to classify the cases,and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the number of patients,disease types,etc.,and chi-square test was used for statistical treatment.Results The inpatient number of the Neurology Department increased year by year.The top five diseases of disease spectrum were cerebral infarction(33.83%),dizziness(14.55%),transient ischemic attack(6.22%),BPPV(4.80%),and intracerebral hemorrhage(3.49%).Conclusion The changing characteristics of the spectrum of neurological diseases should be analyzed to provide targeted guidance for clinical medical work,scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of neurological diseases in this region,and reliable basis for the development of this discipline.
