建筑工程项目的施工安全管理策略,将直接影响到的建筑工程施工人员和居住者的人身安全与财产安全,国家、有关建设施工单位、施工管理工作者应当重视建筑工程项目安全管理的重要性,从建筑工程的现状出发,反思建筑工程项目安全管理中存在的问题、存在的不足之处,并提出有针对性的应对方法和解决策略.下文中,笔者将结合个人参加建筑工程施工管理的‘经验,分析现阶段国内建筑工程项目安全施工管理过程中应当注意的问题,并提出注意事项与优化对策,希望为有关单位提供理论参考与经验总结.

Construction safety management strategies of construction projects will directly affect the personal safety and property safety of construction workers and residents.The state,relevant construction units and construction managers should attach importance to the importance of safety management of construction projects.Starting from the current situation of construction projects,this paper reflects on the problems existing in safety management of construction projects.The existing shortcomings,and put forward targeted countermeasures and solutions.In the following,the author will analyze the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of safety construction management of domestic construction projects at the present stage,and put forward the matters needing attention and optimization countermeasures,hoping to provide theoretical reference and experience summary for relevant units.
