Common Problems of Clinical Drug Use in Cardiovascular Medicine

目的探究心血管内科临床用药的常遇问题及如何合理用药.方法随机抽取我院心血管内科收治的70例作为观察对象,患者入院接受治疗的时间段为2016年8月至2017年8月.对所有患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,观察分析本组患者临床用药中遇见的问题,并针对问题探讨合理用药的方法.结果本组患者中,临床用药常见的问题有用药方法不正确、用药剂量不准确、用药重复、用药差错、滥用抗生素等问题,要实现合理用药,需要在院内制定针对性的管理方案,实施有效的管理措施,提升护理人员在用药过程中的工作效率,避免出现用药问题.在实施针对性的用药管理够,临床用药问题的发生率有了明显的降低,前后对比的结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论心血管内科临床用药的问题较多,需要护理人员及时采取有效措施,尽可能降低临床用药差错,提升心血管内科临床用药的安全性.

Objective To explore the common problems of clinical medication in cardiovascular medicine and how to use drugs rationally.Methods Seventy patients were randomly selected from the cardiovascular department of our hospital for observation.The period of admission was from August 2016 to August 2017.The medical records of all patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the problems encountered in clinical medication were observed and analyzed,and the methods of rational drug use were discussed.Results The common problems of clinical medication in this group included incorrect drug methods,inaccurate dosage,repeated use of drugs,errors in drug use and abuse of antibiotics.In order to achieve rational drug use,it is necessary to formulate targeted management plans in the hospital,implement effective management measures,improve the work efficiency of nurses in the process of drug use,and avoid drug use problems.In the implementation of targeted drug management enough,the incidence of clinical drug use problems has been significantly reduced,the results of comparison before and after have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many problems in clinical medication in cardiovascular medicine department.Nurses need to take effective measures in time to minimize clinical medication errors and improve the safety of clinical medication in cardiovascular medicine department.
