变电站远动遥测数据调度主站不刷新缺陷原因分析及处理

Cause Analysis and Treatment of Defect of Substation Telecontrol Data Dispatching Main Station Not Refreshing

针对一 500kV 变电站出现的调度端远动遥测数据不刷新这一缺陷,通过命令跟踪远动通信管理机CPU侧以太网103程序任务运行状态,发现103程序进程停滞在NsWriteDpRam(90,b21990,26),从而导致CPU侧数据不刷新,进而造成上送至调度端的远动遥测数据不刷新,通过更换存在运行异常的CPU4E问题插件,同时增加一组双机互联监视通道,成功解决了该问题.

In view of the defect that remote telemetry data of dispatching terminal do not refresh in a 500 kV substation,the task status of Ethernet 103 program on CPU side of remote communication manager is tracked by command,and it is found that the process of 103 program is stagnated in NsWriteDpRam(90,b21990,26),which leads to the data on CPU side not refresh,and consequently the remote telemetry data uploaded to dispatching terminal is not refreshed by replacement.The CPU 4E problem plug-in with abnormal operation and a set of two-computer interconnected monitoring channels were added to solve the problem successfully.
