顶管技术是在不开挖地表的情况下,利用液压油缸从顶管工作井将顶管机和待铺设的管节在地下逐节顶进,直到顶管接收井的非开挖地下管道敷设施工工艺.由于顶管施工无须进行地面开挖,因此不会阻碍交通,不会产生过大的噪声和振动,对周围环境影响也很小.近年来,随着国家对污水管网的建设大量投入,顶管技术已广泛应用于市政污水管网施工当中,并取得了较好的效果.

Pipe jacking technology is a trenchless underground pipeline laying technology,which uses hydraulic cylinder to Jack the pipe jacking machine and pipe sections to be laid from the pipe jacking work well to the pipe jacking receiving well without excavating the ground surface.Because pipe jacking construction does not require ground excavation,it will not hinder traffic,will not produce excessive noise and vibration,and has little impact on the surrounding environment.In recent years,pipe jacking technology has been widely used in municipal sewage pipe network construction with a large amount of investment from the state in sewage pipe network construction,and has achieved good results.
